Apple Watch 5: Release Date & Advanced Features

Unlike the iPhone, Apple didn't chaos around with the Watch naming structure. Since the original was followed by the Apple Watch Series 1, the company has followed with sequential numbers every year. It is therefore highly likely we can expect the 2019 model of the Apple's smartwatch to be called the Apple Watch Series 5 , succeeding 2018's Apple Watch Series 4. Apple Watch Series 5 Price and Release date: Expected date: 10 September 2019 Apple typically holds its iPhone launch event in September of every year and the next iteration of the Watch is normally announced at the same time. The Series 4 was pricier than its predecessor at $399 for the non-LTE version (versus $349 for the Apple Watch Series 3 with GPS), because of its elec...

Steps to Delete Siri Recordings from Apple's Servers

Apple has been in the news recently for using human contractors to listen to Siri voice recordings in order to help the company improve the service from the voice-activated assistant by seeing how Siri responds to user requests. The only way we can confirm the proper way to clear your Siri history is through a bit of text nestled in Apple's Approach to Privacy page. When you turn Siri and Dictation off, Apple will delete the User Data associated with your Siri identifier, and the learning process will start all over again. Unlike Google and Amazon, which give users the option of deleting each and every individual voice query sent to their servers, Apple does not have a similar option for its customers. According to the Apple iOS 12.3 security document, user’s voice recordings are saved for six months. Apple says this is done so that the “recognition system can utilize them to better understand the user’s voice.” After six months, another copy is saved, wi...

Apple has brought the Walkie Talkie app back to the Apple Watch , after it disable the feature earlier this month owing to security vulnerability. Walkie Talkie is a FaceTime feature that enables push-to-talk calls between users, provided they grant permission. As well as the iOS 12.4 software update, Apple also released a new software update for the Apple Watch, watchOS 5.3. The watchOS 5.3 software update brings some new features to the Apple Watch; it also brings the ability to use the Walkie Talkie feature on the device again. This feature was previously disabled after a security bug was discovered with it, this has now been fixed. The latest watchOS update — version 5.3 — also further expands support for the Apple Watch’s EKG feature and irregular heartbeat detection to Canada and Singapore. Update iOS 12.4 AND WatchOS 5.3 to restore Walkie-Talkie After you update both your iPhone and your Watch, the Walkie-Talkie app and service works just like it did before, m...
